Sheldon will host a workshop for instructors of all levels on integrating art from the museum’s collection and exhibitions into curricula.
Attendees will be able to engage with museum staff and workshop participants through interactive, inquiry-based activities in the galleries. They will also receive guidance and feedback from museum staff on potential lesson plans or assignments for upcoming classes.

Award-winning art director Alex Gordon Stotz, one of the creative driving forces behind the blockbuster hits “Barbie,” “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power,” and more, will deliver a Hyde Lecture entitled “Architecture in Film.”
Stotz is an accomplished art director and set designer, whose work spans across the industries of both film and television. A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a bachelor of science in design and a master of architecture, Stotz began his career as an architect in Washington, DC, before transitioning to the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. His impressive portfolio includes work on projects such as “Rings of Power,” “The Fabelmans,” “Barbie,” and “Joker: Folie à Deux.”
