The artworks in this exhibition are playful and elicit feelings of joy and wonder. Images of people at play are presented alongside works in which artists have played with our expectations of form, medium, and subject matter. Fleeting Moments of Joy presents works by Berenice Abbott, Harold Edgerton, Jacob Hashimoto, Jacob Lawrence, and Pat Steir, among others.

Exhibition support is provided Nebraska Arts Council, Nebraska Cultural Endowment, and Sheldon Art Association.
