LARC 210 Studio I: Survey of Landscape Architecture
Students in one of associate professor Sarah Karle's landscape architecture classes translated their observations of a painting by Richard Diebenkorn into two- and three-dimensional studies for a landscape design. More info
TEAC 452W Curriculum Principles: Secondary Social Sciences
Aaron Johnson, assistant professor of teaching, learning, and teacher education, explores with his students how visual literacy and working with nontraditional texts can be a part of social science teaching. More info
CYAF 895 Special Topics in Family and Cultural Diversity
Cody Hollist, associate professor of child, youth and family studies, used the exhibition Family Style to help graduate students increase their awareness of cultural diversity in family therapy and counseling settings. More info
Amy Herman, president and founder of Art of Perception, Inc., presents a workshop in which students and faculty from diverse academic disciplines use artwork at Sheldon as a vehicle for critical analysis. More info
Mary Alice Casto, assistant professor in textiles, merchandising & fashion design, created an assignment prompting students in her color theory studio to use artworks on display at Sheldon as source material. More info

DANC 260/460 Repertory, Improvisation, and Performance
