Kate Bingaman-Burt (MFA, 2004, University of Nebraska–Lincoln) is an illustrator, educator, and community builder based in Portland, Oregon. She is professor and head of graphic design at Portland State University’s School of Art + Design, where she has taught since 2008. In 2017 she founded Outlet, a risograph print studio, zine library and workshop space.
